1) The promise to lease is conditional on a credit check and proof of employment to the satisfaction of the lessor;
2) The first month's rent will be paid at the signing of the official lease;
3) The tenant agrees to provide proof of tenant insurance / civil liability of 2M before receiving the keys;
4) No short-term rentals or sub-leases permitted;
5) Non-smoker, no cultivation of cannabis plants;
6) No animals accepted;
7) The tenant agrees to respect the regulations of the co-ownership and will be responsible for paying all fines invoiced to the owner during the term of the lease;
8) The tenant agrees to pay the moving costs invoiced by the co-ownership.
